0July 18, 2017 by Ville Raivio
Ralph Lauren has many fans. His career began in 1967 with a range of neckties, and some two years later he had a talk with New York Magazine writer Jason McClosky as well as Francine Farkas, Fashion Director of Alexander’s Department Stores. Their discussion about the role and history of neckties is shared in WNYC’s archives for the edification of Lauren fans and style buffs everywhere.
