Factory Tour at Shirtmakers Rayner&Sturges
0August 20, 2013 by Ville Raivio
Today’s link leads to Spitalfieldslife, a site concerning itself with the wonders of life in Spitalfields at the heart of London. Its Gentle Author visited the Kent-based Rayner&Sturges, the last independent British shirt factory, in 2011 and brought back a full pile of pictures of the premises and workers. If the reader owns a few (dozen) British-made shirts, chances are they were born at R&S.
