The Wall Street Journal on Super Wool Fabrics

Back in 2006, The Wall Street Journal followed Mythbusters in search of lost super markings. The magazine subjected ten suits, ranging in price from humble to hefty, under rigorous scientific dissections. Although the text is dated, the findings speak for themselves: super markings are misleading and should not be used as proof of quality per se. Some budget suits held up very well with regards to fabric strength, some high-roller suits flunked. Buyer beware.
