Yes, yet another link to Buzzfeed’s fine collage of Bush senior exuding Ivy/prep/trad/younameit charisma. Before the Internet began spouting style sites on more or less traditional American dress, I couldn’t tell one pres from another. This goes to show how tailored clothes do talk, but the language is subtle and demands attention. Deck shoes, shaggy dog sweaters, madras jackets, blue blazers, the works — Bush got style.
