eBay Global Shipping Program. Tuli käytettyä ja näpeille tuli ja kovaa. Saapunut tavara ei vastannut kuvausta. Myyjä palautti rahat itse tuotteesta ja sanoi että ei tarvitse romua takaisin.
No sitten se rahdin osuus. Kun kyse GSP:sta niin siitähän ei sitten saakaan rahtia takaisin aivan helpolla. Kun missään ei voi avata disputea, koska myyjä on jo tehnyt "refundin". Valitus PayPal mailitse ja eBay mailitse -> katsotaan mitä vastaavat.
GSP on siis PitneyBowesin pyörittämä erillinen palikka.

I understand from your email that you have amicably resolved this issue with your seller and that you have your money back.
I also understand that the seller has refunded you the cost of the product and not the shipping to Pitney Bowes.
You cannot open a dispute / case in PayPal for shipping costs for a refund. We do not cover shipping costs or intangible items with buyer protection.
