Voitto.
"our system is perfect for the needs we have at this moment and since we're growing very fast, honestly - yes, we didn't have time or even thought about it to update FAQ about credits, I completely agree with you.
On the other side, where else would you and your friends get Nikka an other bottles for £5-15, in your case, £0.2, right? :) And if you're going to ask why £0.2 - that's the minimal amount (€0.1) that we need to process to get a successful order.
I'm sure that you'll collect some additional credits as well, and thanks for sharing! "
Ja vastasin:
"Hello,
It doesn't matter even if I would be able to buy Empire State Building for one euro through your page - if I have X amount of bonuscredits and when I use 30% of the Bonus, I should be left with 70 per cent of my bonus. Not 0. My math might have been slightly off, but, I had at least 75 GBP of bonus and I spent those on 30.99 GBP bottle, I paid 0.2 GBP, so should have left with, what, 44.2 GBP - plus the 15 GBP I just got, that means that my balance should be 59.2, not 15 - Right?
I do understand the minimum amount, it does make sense, you cannot have a 0 euro transaction.
However: My bottle of Metusalem just cost 75.2 GBP - Not 0.2: the price is consisting the lost 75 GBP Bonus credits and the 0.2 I paid.
The Credits given were not free, they are for referring your page to a friends mine and bringing you customers: that's working for you, doing the work your PR-people instead of you. It's undermining and really insulting to say that you "gave something free", when actually people take the risk of recommending an unknown shop to people they know. I got you 5 customers, at least 2 of them said that they might join the Monthly subscription-thingie.
Or, let me put it this way, how willing would you (you can direct this to the joker who decided how your bonussystem works) be to tell your parents, best friend and colleagues that "hey, there's this shop that you have never ever heard of, go buy something"?
And, to be honest, your whole bonussystem is crappy. I am not even pissed off or angry, I'm more like extremely stupified: how on earth you, as a company, are able to tear down a good first impression - I was ready to join the School of Spirits, mainly due to the Riedel-glasses and interesting booze, but then you manage to pull out this type of stunt. This must be one of the biggest amateur mistakes I've seen in a longtime.

Eli olin ehkä slightly offending, mutta toisaalta mielestäni myös hyvinkin pointin omaava - tosin korotin teidän statukseen "friends of mine", mutta täällä kuitenkin ollaan pienen piirin foorumilla omalla nimellä, joten en viitsisi silti suositella Keikarillakaan mitään paskaa.
Ja:
"Hello Ari, Valerie here.
Matt contacted me about your credits, and I must admit it that he's wrong.
We didnt't have example like your's in the past (loads of credits and small cart amount), so that's why he thought that this action is normal - to take all credits at once. The problem is on our side and we're going to fix it asap.
Sorry for inconvenience, you'll get all your unused credits back."

Kiitos ja jatkakaa. Typot aiheutuneet kiireestä, alkanut nykyään tippumaan sanoja pois tuolta lauseiden väleistä - stressiä ja kiirettä varmaan.
