I'm reaching out to you personally to let you know that we've made some changes to our referral programme policy. To be clear: our intention using this feature is to get new users who might become new customers. Soliciting random people to become users to gain financial benefit means acting against the intention of this feature, so your credits may get revoked.
You used 40€ store credit with your order from April 24 and 120€ store credit with your latest order. Upon discussing this with my senior colleagues we decided that we will fulfil the discounted order - as a token of our appreciation, because we value your loyalty and long-lasting patronage.
We're thankful for your promotion of our company and we are rewarding you handsomely for your efforts. I also hope you understand that your application of the "Invite a Friend" feature is not compliant with the intentions of our company and that using credits gained through the use of our referral system will not be possible any longer.
I hope you understand that we cannot include a complimentary tasting pack along with the heavily discounted order.
I'm positive we will continue with our friendly relations & that you'll continue to support our business, so we can - in turn - continue to supply you with liquor that's out-of-this-world good. Don't hesitate to turn to me, if you have any questions or need further assistance Ari.
Relevant clause from our T&C:
- Credits and promo codes are only valid if gained and used for the purpose intended by Flaviar. Using them in a way they were not intended for can result in erasing the credits from the account, removing credits and promo codes from already existing order, cancelling the order or cancelling the user account. If credits and/or promo codes are removed from the order, the order is cancelled and the customer is notified about it.
