After years of dealing with the mortality of the modern day work boot, we thought we could find a better way. We did.The fine people at Nicks Boots epitomized our vision, and after a few phone conversations and one trip to Spokane, the deal was done. A year later, an American-sourced, American-made boot created to last a lifetime was on the shelf – designed by Zuriick’s, Michael McCaleb, and crafted by Nicks Boots artisans.The boot makers at Nicks pride themselves on using centuries-old techniques and craftsmanship passed down through generations. Each pair is forged by hand, repaired by hand. If any of the leather needs to be replaced, the boot is deconstructed, the spent piece replaced and all the original parts of the boot re-used as fit.Bottom line – this won’t just be the best pair of boots you ever buy, it will be the last pair of boots you ever buy.
