The lapels are vast enough to land on and raise shivers, but it was elements from America&#8217;s Golden Age of dress, the 1930&#8217;s, that inspired Lauren&#8217;s designs. While the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Great_Gatsby_(1974_film)\">1974 film version<\/a> of The Great Gatsby featured designs by Theoni V.
